go to mods
• update
• x64
• dlcpacks
• esnevox
• dlc.rpf
• data (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\swift2017\dlc.rpf\common\data)

And replace handling.meta (backup original file in case you want to go back)
