Yeah I figured out it was conflicting with another mod I had installed. I still don't know which one it was because I removed almost all of them at once to try to fix it. Sorry for overreacting
Do not download this mod. Ever since I did it's completely fucked up my game. Missions aren't working properly or not popping up at all and my game has been randomly crashing.
