So, I created a account to help out a bit here, I can see many was in the same boat as me - not able to spawn the vehicle. The README is kinda correct but missing a folder in the path - You have to edit the files in your "mods/update" folder - not the update folder in the main directory. Hope it'll help you guys not able to spawn the vehicle :)
