I'll keep updating it with new features.
With this tool, you can create, save and load vehicles. It has a more complex vehicle weapon builder and you can use any prop from the game.
Open the menu with F11.
It already comes with 4 vehicles I built. Load them in game and have fun.
You can save your vehicles and share.
You need to Install:

I haven't played it yet, is the XML format you are using compatible with MENYOO's XML vehicle format, so that MENYOO's XML vehicle mod can be loaded seamlessly

Can I add taxi hats and police sirens to the cars?
