Varrio Indiana Dukes 13 (also known as Indiana Dukes 13 or IDKS13) is a Mexican-American street gang based in East Los Angeles, primarily around East Olympic Boulevard and Indiana Street. The gang identifies with the number “13,” signifying allegiance to the Mexican Mafia and the broader Sureño network. Members often use symbols and apparel associated with the Duke Blue Devils as part of their identity.

HOW TO INSTALL: Simply drag and drop the folder in your DLCPACKS in openIV
PATH: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
and update your dlclist.xml by adding dlcPacks:/IDKS/ in the correct format. Do not forget the < item > (without spaces) value before and after "dlcPacks:/IDKS/"
PATH: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

If you got another ENV DLC installed already, it might conflict. Make sure you combine both or remove the old ones

U should drop some lore friendly envs not like Ballas or families which would be hard like the FYB one to but you know like cliques from areas like BTK from Jamestown for etc or ParkMoneyBoyz from chamberlin something fresh, new not dat yo sh not fye but just a Sug/Rec

@GLoryBoyNu I appreciate your comment, graffiti making is art itself and I’m not an artist, it is hard to do lore factions because you have to think off the top whereas in irl factions you take inspiration from tags their gang members have already drawn on real walls, I’ll def look into a grove street gang into the future tho
