Ever notice how your character can hotwire ANY car in just under 3 seconds? While IRL it can take up to several minutes?
This mod tries to simulate that (kinda)
This mod increases the time required to hotwire vehicles, replacing GTA Vs near instant car theft with a slower, more realistic, and tense process
Hotwiring now takes significantly longer, making car theft riskier and more immersive, especially in high-density areas where anyone could call the cops on you.
Mod may not be for everyone, and it could be annoying depending on your playstyle.
Compatibility: Should be compatible with any mod, as long as it doesn't change the file this mod does.
Takes around 8-20 seconds now.
Installation:
mods \ update \ update.rpf \ x64 \ data \ metadata
Issues:
