@Gefferson04 Thank you! First of all I'm not yet sure if enable all interiors and Apts & Houses are compatible, the smoothness depends only if you have the MP Maps enabled or not. My guess is that there's a sort of mods conflict going on, also because of the minimap issue you have.
My suggestion is to try with less active mods and see things go as they should.

@TenSoR No need to load it. Just put the file in your "scripts" folder and make sure you have all the requirements up to date. Then you'll see a yellow house blip on the map where the Agency Outpost is located.
